Awakening from the Shadows

Now that a few days have gone by, I can make the official publication announcement for Awakening from the Shadows.  I’ve been thrilled with the response to the book so far, and I hope that everyone enjoys it!  I know that I sure had a blast writing it, and I’m excited to continue the story in book two, which is tentatively titled The Emerald Veil.  But I’m getting ahead of myself  :-)  For now, you’ll have to content yourself with Awakening from the Shadows, which can be purchased at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, and Smashwords.  The book will eventually be available on Apple as well, but that will take a little more time since I use Smashwords as a distributor to reach Apple.  I’ve also posted an excerpt with the first chapter of the novel, which you can find here.  If you like the book, I’d really appreciate it if you spread the word to your family and friends.  And I’d love to hear from you either through the blog comments or through e-mail.  Happy reading, and enjoy the adventure!
